Eagles want to close in, URA seek to reclaim top spot

Two former champions Express and URA face off at the Betway Mutesa II stadium, Wankulukuku with either eager to stay in contention for the title.

URA, the day’s visitors will reclaim top spot from Vipers who beat UPDF 3-0 on Friday while Express will close the gap to just one point with maximum points.

Express won the reverse fixture 1-0 at Ndejje but will be without their match winner on the day George Senkaaba who is out injured.

He is joined by Abel Eturude and Arthur Kiggundu on the sidelines but the hosts have enough ammunition to look to for all points.

URA are without Ugandan international Paul Mbowa and Hudu Mulikyi through suspension and injury but welcome Julius Mutyaba back from a long injury lay off.

At Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru, Police visit Kyetume with the former targeting to complete a league double over Alex Isabirye’s side.
