Eight Premier League players make Cranes camp

Ibrahim Sadam Juma is one of the eight local based players in camp

Eight StarTimes Uganda Premier League stars have been included in the Uganda Cranes team that enters camp to prepare for the 2019 Afcon double header against Lesotho.

The Cranes take on the Crocodiles of Lesotho on October 13 as they bid to stay top of group L of the Road to Cameroon.

Former immediate league champions KCCA have the most players on the team including Charles Lukwago, captain Timothy Awany as well as midfielders Ibrahim Sadam Juma and forward Patrick Kaddu.

Vipers follow with Moses Waiswa and his skipper Taddeo Lwanga while Kirinya Jinja SS and Bright Stars complete the equation with Isaac Isinde and Nelson Senkatuka respectively.

The team resides at Kabira Country Club and will begin training at Namboole this week.
