Vipers transfer business continued with the signing of striker Tito Okello on a two year deal from India’s Benfica De Macau.
The forward left the Uganda Premier League midway last season after scoring 6 goals and was the second top scorer at the former immediate champions KCCA.
The lanky striker is believed to be a replacement for Erisa Ssekisambu who quit the side at the end of the previous season although he remains club less at the moment.
Okello joins a host of new recruits for the Kitende based side in Rahmat Ssenfuka (Police), Ibrahim Kiyemba (SC Villa), Fred Okot (URA), Abraham Ndugwa (Masavu) and Bashir Sekagya (UPDF) anong others.
Meanwhile, reliable sources also indicate the league champions have completed the signing of defenders Murushid Jjuuko and Henry Katongole from Simba and SC Villa respectively as well as attacking midfielder Brian Majwega from URA.
