Newly promoted Azam Uganda Premier League (UPL) side Onduparaka have named former Uganda Kobs tactician Leo Adraa as the head Coach.

The experienced tactician was unveiled to the fans and players on Wednesday at the Green light stadium.

Adraa comes in with vast experience having coached SCOUL and Express before in the premier league and has also handled South Sudan side Atlabara and the Bright Stars, South Sudan national team.

The soft spoken coach is most remembered for guiding the Uganda U-23 side; The Kobs to the semi-finals of the 1999 All Africa Games in South Africa.

He replaces Allan Kabonge whose contract expired after miraculously helping the club gain promotion and also finish as runners up in the Uganda Cup.

Adraa’s major target will be to achieve survival for the Caterpillars in their first season in the division.
