In Kakyeka, Mbarara City, languishing in relegation zone with 17 points host equally struggling Express in the day’s early kick off.
Both sides have endured long spells with no win which makes the fixture a highly anticipated one.
The reverse fixture ended in a 2-0 win for the Red Eagles at Wankulukuku.
At Kakindu, Bugembe, BUL visit Busoga United in a highly anticipated Jinja derby.
BUL are fourth on the table with 36 points while Busoga United are 13th with 21 points, just two points above relegation.
The first round clash at Bugembe ended in a huge 5-0 victory for Alex Isabirye’s side.
Elsewhere, Onduparaka make the trip to Wakiso to face hosts Wakiso Giants in another game to be broadcast on Sanyuka TV.
The two sides played to a 1-1 draw in the first round clash in Arua but the Caterpillars are now hungrier as they sit 12th with 21 points while the Purple Sharks are 6th with 33 points.
The other game on the afternoon will be in Buhinga stadium where bottom of the table Tooro United host 5th placed Arua Hill.
