Express have re-signed winger Godfrey Lwesibawa four years after he made his first stint debut at Wankulukuku.
The midfielder joins the Red Eagles on a two year contract from Tooro United.
He played for Express for three seasons (2013-2016) before joining SC Villa where he played for two campaigns.
He becomes the club’s sixth signing after goalkeepers Denis Otim and Chryspus Muyinda, midfielder Abel Eturude, defender Richard Bbosa and striker Mustafa Kiragga.
Elsewhere, Police has confirmed the acquisition of former Vipers goalkeeper Derrick Ochan on a one year contract.
Ochan becomes the third goalkeeper to join Police in the transfer window and will vie for the starting position with Tom Ikara, formerly at KCCA after the departure of first choice Davis Mutebi to BUL.
In Arua, Onduparaka signed striker Gabriel Matata who was also a subject of interest from six time league champions Express FC.
The StarTimes Uganda Premier League is scheduled to kick off on October 11 if all goes per plan.
