Mutwalibi Mugolofa has joined KCCA on a short term contract until the end of the season, the club has confirmed.

The goalkeeper joins the Lugogo based team from Fufa Big League side Jinja North but has previously played for reigning league champions Vipers (where he started his career) and Mbarara City.

Mugolofa joins Kasasiro as the fourth goalkeeper for the 2023–24 season and will compete with the trio of Derrick Ochan, Anthony Emojong, and Juma Mutebi.

Mugolofa spoke to the club media ahead of his move and said,

“I am happy to be here. I set goals for myself this year and part of those were to get back to my very best. KCCA FC offers me an opportunity and I have come here to compete with the other good goalkeepers at the club. I am pleased with the philosophy at the club and I cannot wait to get started when the second-round resumes.”
