Goalkeeper Rogers Omedwa will stay at StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) side Busoga United for an extra two years after management opted to extend.
Omedwa’s contract at the Eastern Uganda side had run out at the end of last season’s window.
“I am humbled to extend the contract at Busoga United Football Club, which is no doubt my home now” Omedwa is quoted by Kawowo Sports.
Omedwa featured in 16 out of the 25 matches for Busoga United last season.
He joins his colleague, Ali Kimera, who also extended his contract extension by one year.
Busoga United registered their best performance since promotion to the top-flight league last season, finishing fourth on the 16-team log.
