Jackson Nunda was the talk of football last night after the best goal of his career in KCCA’s 4-1 demolition of visitors Onduparaka at StarTimes stadium, Lugogo.
His spectacular strike overshadowed the awesome team performance.
The midfielder received a headed pass from Patrick Kaddu, effortlessly beat his marker, faked the onrushing goalie Nicholas Sebwato, and made another touch with his left before using his weak right to score in an empty net.
“Yeah, I think that’s my best one,” he said when asked his view on the goal. “I have scored some beauties though in training but in a match, nothing beats this,” he added.
“It’s instinctive. You don’t have time to think about what you’re going to do.
Nunda is expected to play a starring role for the Kasasiro as they intend to defend their title for a third time in succession.
