Right full back Andrew Kaggwa and striker Anwar Mustapha Ntege have joined Express FC as the red Eagles continue the build-up to the 2022/23 StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) season.
Kaggwa arrives from Soltilo Bright Stars and has agreed a two-year contract that will keep him at Wankulukuku until 2024.
“Express FC is a big team with high ambitions,” Kaggwa told Express website. “Joining the squad means a lot to me. I am going to use this chance to get called to the national team and also get better opportunities abroad.”
Striker Ntege has also penned a two-year contract with the Red Eagles and joins from Busoga United. Ntege scored 12 goals and made five assists in 26 league and Uganda Cup appearances for Busoga.
“I am excited to join Express FC, ” Ntege told the club website, “I have been a club (Express) fan, and I desire to help the club meet its targets.”
