Thirteen-time UPL champions KCCA have named Abdallah Mubiru as the new head coach.
The former Uganda Cranes coach has been handed a two-year contract and takes over from Portuguese Sergio Traguil who was sacked just four games into the season.
Mubiru, a CAF A license coaching certificate holder will manage the club for the second stint after a brief spell that lasted from December 2014 to May 2015 after he had succeeded George Nsimbe.

The former Police FC tactician is also a former player for KCCA FC who featured for the club in the 90s.
Besides Cranes and Police, he has previously coached teams like Police FC, Proline FC, Vipers SC, Mbeya City FC and Uganda Cranes.
He is expected to name two members on the technical staff that will work with the existing staff led by Jackson Magera who has been in charge as interim for the last three matches.
KCCA have won just one of their seven league matches, drawing one and lost the other five.
