KCCA ended their three-match winless run by comfortably dispatching army side UPDF 3-0 away at Bombo Barracks Ground on Tuesday.

Sadat Anaku and Brian Aheebwa scored for the visitors, with Donato Okello adding an unfortunate own goal in between.

The win moves KCCA back to second place on the StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) table with 45 points, seven behind leaders Vipers SC.

UPDF remain ninth on the 16-team log with 27 points from 24 games.

Anaku put the visitors ahead on 16 minutes when he connected home Denis Iguma’s ball inside the penalty area.

Ivan Ahimbisibwe then got the chance to level for UPDF but missed his penalty to go into the break 1-0 down.

Okello’s own goal on 65 minutes then made it 2-0 for KCCA before Aheebwa completed a comfortable win nine minutes from full time.
