- MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo 4pm Live on Sanyuka TV
The two most successful clubs in the league KCCA and SC Villa face off at the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo on Saturday with the hosts keen to close gap on Vipers.
The Kasasiro are eager to capitalise on the slip up by leaders Vipers at Buhinga on Saturday while SC Villa are fighting for their lives as they are closer to the relegation zone.
“Every game to us is a final. We are taking it a game at a time,” KCCA assistant coach Badru Kaddu stated.
“We have prepared the players quite well and whoever gets the opportunity to make the match day squad tomorrow knows the task at hand,” he added.
The 13-time champions have Ashraf Mugume and Brian Majwega back in the squad after missing the 2-2 draw at Express FC.
Defender Peter Magambo is also back after over eight months out.
But Gift Ali joins long term absentees Geoffrey Wasswa, Emmanuel Wasswa and Brian Kayanja out.
The Jogoos camp has been silent and hard to know who is in and out but they could have defender Gavin Kizito and Kenneth Ssemakula back in contention.
The reverse fixture ended in a 1-1 draw but SC Villa will have to dig deeper if they are to end their five match losing streak at Lugogo against the Kasasiro.
