Title winning coach Mike Mutebi and his striker Patrick Kaddu on Monday claimed their awards for being April Pilsner Coach and Player of the month respectively.

The club swept everything in April, with Kaddu peaking at the tail end as KCCA sprinted to the 2018/19 StarTimes Uganda Premier League (SUPL) title with a match to spare.

Mutebi picked his award, which came with Shs1m at Kati Kati Bar & Restaurant, courtesy of Pilsner Lager.

KCCA PRO of Moses Megero received the Pilsner Player of the Month gong and Shs1m on behalf of Kaddu, who is current in the Cranes camp preparing for the 2019 Afcon finals due in Egypt next month.

The title was KCCA’s fifth in the last seven years and Mutebi’s third in four seasons at the club.

It was also the club’s 13th overall, three behind record winners SC Villa.
