The StarTimes Uganda Premier League returns on Friday with three fixtures on card.
The biggest one on the day will be at Lugogo where log leaders KCCA host Police in the first Lugogo derby this season.
Mike Mutebi, the KCCA coaches expects an entertaining game against a tough opposition but admits his side have more quality to pick all points.
“I think it will be a very interesting match because Police also plays some very good football,” said Mutebi. “They play that kind of football which is punctuated with offensive, smart play and entertaining. That’s why I believe it’s going to be a good match,” he added.
“In the end, it will be a hard one but I think we have enough in our armoury to negotiate that tie.
His counterpart Abdallah Mubiru also believes the game will be a good spectacle although he targets maximum points.
“It will be a good match,” said Mubiru. “We face a very good team, log leaders with a good coach and so much quality in their squad but I believe in my boys as well,” he added.
The hosts will look to Allan Okello, on form Mike and Muzamiru Mutyaba as well as forwards Allan Kyambadde and Patrick Kaddu.
For the visitors, hope will be in Ruben Kimera, youngsters Hassan Gaata Kalega and Ashraf Mugume.
In other games on the day, Mbarara City visit Onduparaka in 3rd vs fourth while Tooro United host league debutants Ndejje University.
