KCCA have released left back Moses Kalanzi after just one year since joined the club.
The left back who featured in only one game in the recent campaign was viewed as a successor to Mustafa Kizza but he has terribly failed.
“The left back run down his contract at the end of the just concluded 2020/21 season,” read a statement on the KCCA website.
“Kalanzi who donned shirt 27 joined in September 2020 and played one game for KCCA FC against BUL FC in the league. He was later substituted off at halftime.”
The defender becomes the first player to be released by the club with a couple expected to follow suit as Morley Byekwaso takes over on a permanent basis.
