KCCA’s last piece of league action came on March 15 against Soana and they don’t return to action until April 2 when they host Police thanks to the international break.
Although many players welcome a rest, it’s not the case with midfielder Paul Mucurezi who visibly doesn’t want one at this particular moment.
“I’m not impressed,” he told upl.co.ug. “We have been on a good run and sometimes such breaks affect the momentum” he added.
He is however quick to heap praise the technical staff on how they have handled the situation so far.
“But the good thing is that the coaches have prepared us well during this break. At least that is impressive as far.”
Mucurezi, a fresh graduate from the Uganda Christian University, Mukono missed the first round of the league to concentrate on books.
