Limping Wakiso Giants dare on form URA

URA will be all out to continue their newfound home when they host limping Wakiso Giants at Mehta Grounds, Lugazi on Wednesday.

The tax collectors have picked maximum points from four of the five games played in the second round with the defeat to Busoga United the only hiccup.

Former Wakiso Giants players Joshua Lubwama and Viane Ssekajugo will have limelight in their way as they face former bosses.

The Purple Sharks are missing several players through injuries including defender Paul Willa who has been in fine form since joining the club in January.

However, they are boosted by the return of Ronald Madoi and Ambrose Arinda and could also have George Kaddu and Shariph Kimbowa passed fit.

The two teams are tied on 26 points with URA only above in the 5th place, one slot above the Purple Sharks on goal difference.

Wakiso Giants won the reverse fixture 2-1 in Wakissha and have an edge in the previous five ties winning twice, losing only once and drawing the rest.
