Tuesday, CS Mwerwere – 4.30pm

Maroons visit Bright Stars at Champions Stadium, Mwerwere seeking to overturn a bad first half of the campaign that saw them finish bottom after 15 games.

The reigning FUFA Big League Champions struggled to cope with life in the top tier on their return to the top division and have conceded 14 goals against seven.

Nevertheless, they did share spoils with Fred Kajoba’s side in a frustrating goalless game at Prisons Grounds, Luzira.

The visitors will task exciting midfielder Ronald Orombi, skipper Sylvester Okello and Maxwell Okello as well as Hood Muliki and Patrick Kaddu to ensure they leave intimidating Mwerwere with at least a point.

On other hand, Kajoba’s side is confident following Uganda Cup exploits in the break which they won with ease to reach the last 16.

On form Baker Lukooya, skipper Bernard Muwanga and veteran Anthony Bongole will be the key men for the hosts who have lost just twice in the league at the venue since relocation.
