Simeon Masaba has been appointed the new head coach of BUL until the end of the season, the club has confirmed.

The former SC Villa, Police and URA right back takes over the mantle from Alex Isabirye who quit the club over the weekend for Vipers SC.

“Hello Eastern Giants Let’s welcome coach Simeon Masaba our Interim coach for the rest of the season,” confirmed BUL in a statement.

The former Onduparaka tactician has been part of Isabirye’s coaching staff and is also assistant coach to Uganda Hippos head Jackson Mayanja.

His immediate task will be in the Stanbic Uganda Cup where BUL visits the Caterpillars this week.
