A win for the Royals will see them overtake champions Vipers in second place as they are now 3rd with 22 points, just two behind the Venoms.
Tenth placed Mbarara City will rely on forwards Henry Kitegenyi and Joseph Akwandanaho for goals.
In Adjumani, Arua Hill will hope to pick their second win of the season when they host Maroons.
The Prisoners come into the game with a good record on the road where they have only lost once, to table leaders BUL.
Last season’s corresponding fixture ended in defeat for the visitors who could move to 3rd position from 5th.
