  • Kakyeeka stadium, Mbarara 3pm

Mbarara City and Vipers lock horns at Kakyeeka in a fixture the hosts want to continue doing well like they have done in the previous years.

The Ankole Lions have frustrated the Venoms in recent outings winning twice and losing none in the past six meetings.

In fact, Vipers have won only twice in eight league meetings but their last win against Mbarara City came in 2018.

Their last win at Kakyeeka was a contentious one decided by a goal that was only counted after a TV replay.

Venoms are aware that failure to beat the Ankole Lions could see them lose more ground in the title race if KCCA beat UPDF.

Last season’s fixtures were all won by Mbarara City including one at Kitende where they came from a goal down to win 3-1.

Friday Fixtures 3pm

KCCA vs UPDF – MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo

Wakiso Giants vs Tooro United – Kabaka Kyabaggu stadium, Wakissha

Mbarara City vs Vipers – Kakyeeka stadium, Mbarara

Gaddafi vs Arua Hill – Gaddafi Arena, Jinja Live on TV

Busoga United vs Soltilo Bright Stars – Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru
