Ahead of their league match against KCCA, Proline assistant coach Baker Mbowa says the team is in intensified preparations.

The two teams face off at the Phillip Omondi stadium, Lugogo on league resumption in what is dubbed as ‘Lugogo derby’ since the two use the same venue as home ground.

In a brief interview with upl.co.ug, Mbowa, a former KCCA player who also played under Mike Mutebi said. “We know how important the game is to us in terms of where we stand on the log,” he stated. “It’s been a long break but one we have used well to iron out some issues and we expect a good show on Saturday,” he added.

Proline are yet to pick maximum points at Lugogo and although they will be away on Saturday, they are targeting their first victory at the venue.

They sit 12th on the log with as many points after as many league games.
