Micho names UPL stars for preps ahead of Rwanda fixtures | FIFA WCQ 2022

FIFA World Cup 2022 Qualifiers:

  • Match Day 3: 6th October 2021– Rwanda Vs Uganda Cranes – Nyamirambo Stadium, Kigali
  • Match Day 4: 10th October 2021 – Uganda Cranes Vs Rwanda – St Mary’s Stadium, Kitende – Wakiso District

Uganda Cranes coach Mulitin Micho Sredojevic has named an UPL provisional squad for the Fifa 2022 World Cup qualifiers against Rwanda.

KCCA and Vipers dominate the 33-man squad with Vipers’ midfielder David Bagoole, Wakiso Giants’ George Kaddu and KCCA’s Rogers Mato among the unusual faces.

Uganda visits Rwanda first on October 6 and host the Amavubi on 10 at St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende.

Uganda lie third in Group E with two points from as many games while Rwanda are bottom with a single point.
