Vipers have quashed reports of partying ways with Portuguese Coach Jorge Miguel Duarte Da Costa.
This was confirmed through a statement by the Head of Communications, Abdu Wasike who said that allegations of the two partying ways are uncalled for and untrue at least for now.
“The rumour making rounds about status of the Vipers SC Coach (Miguel Da Costa) should be treated as such rumours………,” read part of the statement.
“And there has not been any change of management yet at the club,” it went on.
“Vipers as a professional club shall let you know of any developments through its official medium in any event but there is no need for alarm.
The club is still focused on its mission of winning accolades in the local competitions it’s engaged in and that’s our priority for now.
Vipers have struggled to impose themselves in the league and lie 5th on the 16 team log with 20 points, eight adrift of log leaders SC Villa after 13 games.
