Express chairperson Florence Nakiwala Kiyingi has been voted the third Fufa vice president.
The Minister of State for Youth Affairs beat Jinja S.S headmistress Diana Hope Nyago by four votes, polling 10 against six.
The voting happened at the Elective Assembly for all the 16 Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) clubs held at Fufa House in Mengo, Kampala on Saturday.
Nakiwala, the third Fufa vice president, joins Justus Mugisha and Darius Mugoye, who are the first and second vice respectively.
This year’s Fufa Elective Assembly will be highlighted by the election of the association president and his Executive Committee on August 5 at Masindi Resort Hotel.
A total of 88 delegates, including the 16 UPL clubs, will constitute the 93rd Fufa Assembly.
