Ex-Uganda Cranes midfielder James Odoch has dumped Azam Uganda Premier League (UPL) side, JMC Hippos for URA.Odoch, who was head coach at the Jinja side, has been unveiled by URA on a three-year deal as assistant to Kefa Kisala.

He replaces sacked Charles Livingstone Mbabazi, who has since joined Onduparaka.

Odoch was officially unveiled at the club headquarters found in Nakawa, Kampala by the URA FC Director of Administration, Mr. Daniel Omara.

I am very glad to join URA F.C. It is a pleasure to work with Kefa Kisala as my head. We shall join hands to work towards winning the championship.

Coincidentally, Odoch’s first game at the four-time league champions comes away to his immediate former bosses, JMC Hippos at Kakindu, Jinja this Saturday.
