  • Kirinya Jinja SSS Vs UPDF – Bugembe Stadium-Jinja (4:00 pm) live on Azam TV

Kirinya Jinja SS host army side UPDF at Bugembe with both targeting to continue with their good run of results so far in the league.

The hosts, 5th on the log with 28 points have won three of their previous games drawing the rest while UPDF 13th with eight points adrift have picked 13 of the possible 15 points in the last five.

Charles Ayiekoh’s team come into the game on the back of a 1-0 win over Onduparaka at home and seek to make it 3 in 3 at home after they had previously beaten Police at the same venue.

The hosts will look to Fred Amaku who has scored two in as many previous games as well as Musa Esenu and Anthony Mayanja for inspiration.

For the visitors, Steven Bogere will hope his forwards led by Joseph Janjali don scoring boots but may have to do without on form Fahad Bardiro who is reportedly in Cameroon with a chance to join Coton Sport Garua.

The reverse fixture in Bombo was decided by a solitary strike by Amaku and a repeat of that will take the Jinja side to 31 points and fourth while UPDF who left the relegation zone for the first time last week have a chance to go 10th with maximum points.
