Two braces, two penalties and a late winner were all on show as Onduparaka edged SC Villa 4-3 in an entertaining but closely contested game at Betway Green Light Stadium, Arua.

Caeser Okhuti, Gaddafi Wahab and Muhammad Shaban scored for the hosts while Alex Kitatta and Abdulmalick Vitalis Tabu netted for the Jogoos.

The visitors started well and got the deserved lead after just 13 minutes when Kitatta made a wonderful connection on to Godfrey Lwesibawa cross.

But after 26 minutes, Ashad Bugembe fouled Shaban in the area and from the resultant penalty; Okhuti levelled matters sending the goalie the wrong way.

Three minutes later, Bugembe was at it again as he gifted the hosts with an easy goal off Gaddafi free kick.

The goalkeeper failed to tame the bouncing effort and the first assistant Okello Lee signaled goal to the anguish of the SC Villa players and the bench.

Two-one, the Caterpillars led at the break and just three minutes after restart, Shaban extended the lead with a goal that sent the home fans into frenzy.

It took only four minutes for the visitors to level matters getting at the end of another Godfrey Lwesibawa cross but goalie Richard Anyama was at fault for conceding easily.

In the 64th minute, former Onduparaka player Abdulmalick Vitalis Tabu got on the score sheet from 12 yards after Anyama fouled Kasumba in the area.

With the game destined for a stalemate, Shaban beat an offside trap to slot home the winner.
