- Vipers Vs Onduparaka – St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende 4pm Live on Azam TV
St. Mary’s stadium, Kitende will be the place to be on Tuesday when Vipers host Onduparaka in the league in arguably the biggest game of the day.
The hosts seek to narrow the gap at the top to a single point since table leaders SC Villa are not in action until Thursday.
Jorge Da Costa is aware of the importance attached to the game and says the target is to continue winning and surging up the log.
“It’s going to be a tough game with a tough team that’s making a good championship also,” Da Costa told upl.co.ug.
“We expect a game where we need to give everything so that we continue winning matches and continuing getting points on the championship so that we reach where we want,” the Portuguese continued.
The hosts will also be attempting to pick their fourth consecutive win for the first time and Da Costa is adamant playing at home gives them chance to achieve the dream.
“We so far have three wins on the bounce, we are playing at home, with our fans, so we can continue our journey on the championship the way we can.
Daniel Sserunkuma will be man who grabs the attention for the hosts while the visitors will hope Ceaser Okhuti dons his goal scoring boots against his former bosses.
A win for Vipers will see them rise to second on the 16-team table a point behind the Jogoos while 4th placed Onduparaka will move to 29 points, same as KCCA and Vipers with maximum points.
