Paidha Black Angels 2-1 Police

Newly promoted Paidha Black Angels finally got out of the blocks on Wednesday as they picked up their first three points of the season.

The West Nilers came from behind to trim Police 2-1 in Arua in their second StarTimes Uganda Premier League  (SUPL) match.

Andrew Kidega’s penalty and Yuda Mugalu’s winner relegated Ashraf Mugume’s earlier goal for Police into just a consolation at Green Light Stadium.

Victory for the West Nile side moved them up to ninth place with three points, such a great leap from a 2-0 defeat to URA in their opener.

This was Police’s second successive defeat having opened their league campaign with a a similar scoreline defeat to Bul.
