Pilsner Top 8: Chance for KCCA, Bul to test their new players

Saturday August 4, 2018

  • KCCA Vs Bul – StarTimes stadium, Lugogo 4pm

KCCA and Bul get the first opportunity to test their new players when the inaugural Pilsner Fufa Super 8 tournament gets underway on Saturday.

KCCA who were runners up last season are tournament favourites and Mike Mutebi’s charges will be eager to win against Bul.

Allan Kyambadde, Nicholas Kasozi, Steven Mugisha and Muwadda Mawejje among others are expected to line up against the Jinja side who are also expected to name some of their new recruits so far.

KCCA will also use the game and the competition in general as a precursor for their remaining two Caf Champions League group stages games.

Vipers and Police opted out of the competition and that gave Bul the opportunity to join the party.

For Bul, the game is the first under Peter Onen after the resignation of Kefa Kisala who joined Express FC.
