Police 2-1 Vipers

Police continued their luminous Start to the campaign with a come-from-behind 2-1 victory over Vipers at Namboole on Saturday.

Victory sees the cops dislodge Vipers from the summit on goal difference, both teams having accumulated 10 points from five matches.

Milton Karisa put the two-time Ugandan Champions ahead in the 54th when he blasted past Douglas Kisembo in Police goal.

But two defensive mistakes gifted striker Hood Kaweesa and Ben Ocen on 68 and 72 minutes as Vipers goalkeeper Ismail Watenga conceded for the first time this season.

Both Police have won three of five Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) matches so far, with each losing one apiece.
