URA 4-1 Arua Hill

URA recovered from their 2-0 midweek defeat to NEC to emphatically dispatch the bottom side, Arua Hill, 4-1 at the Mehta Stadium in Lugazi on Sunday.

David Obua’s men were inspired by hat-trick hero Joseph Ssemujju and Ibrahim Dada, the latter a proud scorer of a peach of a goal in between. Safi Masoon had put Arua Hill ahead on six minutes before URA taps opened.

The Tax Collectors new free-flowing brand of football was on full display, first Ssemujju heading in from a corner on 25 minutes to level matters.

URA’s second was a product of intricate passing from their half, with Dada completing the move with a scorching hit that left Obua holding his head in awe in the technical area on 55 minutes.

Pilsner Man of the Match, Ssemujju did the remaining business with the precision of a good workman for URA to move to 16 points in seventh place. Arua Hill remain bottom of the log on five points.
