  • Bright Stars Vs SC Villa – Champions Stadium, Mwererwe 4pm
Senkaaba and Yubu Bogere will be vital for SC Villa

SC Villa have an opportunity to open a two point gap at the top but must beat Bright Stars at Champions Stadium, Mwererwe.

Both sides comes into the game full on confidence after winning their previous games.

Second placed SC Villa walloped URA 3-0 at Masaka while Bright Stars were 2-1 winners over Express a couple of weeks ago.

The visitors are expected to depend on Martin Kizza, Godfrey Lwesibawa, Ambrose Kirya and Davis Kasirye among others for goals but main focus will on defender Martin Muwanga.

The current SC Villa captain began his career at Bright Stars and returns to face the side at home for the first time since joining the Blues.

He will be called upon to thwart any danger posed by striker Nelson Senkatuka, scorer of a brace in his last outing.

Bright Stars are 9th on the log with 22 points and a win over the log leaders may lift them to sixth if results elsewhere go their way.
