SC Villa will be eager to pick another three points on the trot when they host equally struggling Maroons at Namboole on Thursday.

The record league champions won their previous fixture 1-0 away to Nyamityobora and registering another victory will no doubt move them away from the crisis.

With 7 points, a win will take them to double figures and open a four point gap with the relegation zone.

Douglas Bamweyana’s side are however expected to miss the services of attacking midfielder Albert Mugisa who is suspended but in Ambrose Kirya, Bashir Mutanda and Joseph Semujju, they have enough to trouble Maroons.

The visitors who narrowly lost to KCCA in the previous tie to drop back to the red zone will hope former SC Villa striker Herman Wasswa and on form Rashid Agau do the job up front.
