Log leaders will become the first side to win five successive games in the Azam Uganda Premier League (AUPL) if they overcome Masavu at Bugonga.

The Jogoos picked their fourth win on the bounce with a 1-0 win over Express on the weekend to equal a record set by champions KCCA this season.

Wasswa Bbosa, the Jogoos coach is wary of the unknown in the league’s new entrants but says the target is to pick maximum points.

“I do not know much about Masavu but we shall do our best to get the desired three points on the day,” Bbosa said.

Against Masavu, who are second from bottom, the Jogoos will hope their forwards Alex Kitaata and George Senkaaba keep their goal scoring form.

Masavu are second from bottom with 11 points after 12 games but have now gone three games without losing.

Abraham Ndugwa and Ddumba Saddala will be the main men for Alex Gitta’s charges.
