Kirinya Jinja SS became the third Azam Uganda Premier League (UPL) side to exit the Uganda Cup falling to Seeta United 1-0 in Mukono.

Ahmed Hassan scored the only goal of the game in the first half to hand Charles Lukula Ayiekoh’s side an early exit.

It was the first competitive game for the students without goalkeeper Tom Ikara who moved to KCCA in the January transfer window.

The Jinja based side joins URA and Maroons who were eliminated by KJT and Water FC respectively last weekend.

Kirinya Jinja SS best Uganda Cup run remains a round of 16 show against now defunct SC Victoria University three years ago when they were still in lower division.
