Soana came from two goals down to snatch a 3-2 victory over hosts Sadolin Paints in a thrilling encounter at Namboole.
In the only goal of the game on the day, the hosts, in the mix for relegation fight had a wonderful start to the game and led inside 13 minutes when Norman Ojik slotted home.
It took just fourteen minutes for the lead to be doubled thanks former SC Villa and AFC Leopards forward, Karim Ndugwa.
Two minutes to the break, the visitors began their road to recovery when David Ssali pulled one back to end the half with a 2-1 deficit.
On form Emmanuel Kalyowa then leveled in the 64th minute with a sublime finish before Baker Lukooya won it for Alex Isabirye’s side with an exquisite free kick in the 71st minute.
Soana dislodge Proline as they move to 6th position on the log with 36 points, same as Mujib Kasule’s but have a better goal difference.
Sadolin Paints stay in the red zone with 25 points in as many as league games.
