The fifteen StarTimes Uganda Premier League clubs have been drawn against Regional sides in the Stanbic Uganda Cup Round of 64 for the 2022/23 season

Holders BUL will face Sparks FC from Mukono with KCCA and Express playing against KJT and Kajjansi United respectively.

Last season’s beaten finalists Vipers will face Bujumbura United from Hoima.

All UPL sides will play this round away from home.

The matches will be played between January 27 and February 3 2023, with the winners progressing to the round of 32.
