Soltilo Bright Stars coach Baker Mbowa and striker Samuel Kayongo Ssekamatte are the Pilsner Coach and Player of the Month of April respectively.

Mbowa who guided the Stars to five wins and one draw in April beat Vipers’ Fred Kajoba to the accolade.

In that run, giants KCCA and Express were not spared with the only draw coming against table leaders URA SC.

For Ssekamatte, he beat competition from Police forward Ben Ocen.

The big centre forward netted six goals in April while Ocen managed one less.
