Soltilo Bright Stars and URA get match day 3 underway on Thursday in the early kick off before Express head to Busoga United on the same day.
Playing in front of their fans at Kavumba, the Stars will be desperate to get off the mark after drawing 1-1 with Wakiso Giants in the last outing and then losing 1-0 to BUL on the opening day.
For URA, this is a game that provides them an opportunity to get to the top if they can garner victory.
In their last outings, the tax collectors overcame Gaddafi 2-0 at Lugazi and will be buoyed by their decent record against the Stars.
In the previous 20 league meetings, URA has won 9 and lost only 2 drawing the rest.
They also won the most recent meeting in the Fufa Super 8 2-1 at Lugazi which is a psychological boost.
At Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru, Express visit wounded Busoga United targeting maiden three points.
In their opener, the Red Eagles fired blanks in a goalless draw with Mbarara City and needed goalkeeper Abdul Kimera to put up a Man of the match performance.
On the other hand, Busoga United were thrashed 5-0 by newcomers NEC and thus the game against the seven time champions is one they see as an opportunity to recover.
