Rashid Toha scored a goal at the death of each half as Onduparaka rallied from a goal down to edge visitors Express at the Betway Green Light stadium, Arua.Cameroonian Jean Didier gave the visitors a lead on 17 minutes but a penalty for the hosts in the 44th minute was converted by towering defender Rashid Toha to level the scores at half time.

There was more to play for in the second half as both sides kept things tight at the back albeit asking questions in attack but it were the hosts to pick maximum points when Toha scored again in the last minute of stoppage time.

The three points took The Caterpillars above the Red Eagles in fourth with 41 points, one more than Matia Lule’s charges who left the pitch aggrieved citing controversy as the four shown additional minutes had already played by the time the winning goal came.

At Namboole, Julius Malingumu and Aggrey Kirya scored for The Saints as they overcame Sadolin Paints 2-0 to move out of the relegation zone with three games to go.

Moses Basena’s side are now ranked 10th on the log with 30 points, same as 9th and 11th placed Bright Stars and Police as the fight for survival remains priority.

Action in the top tier continues on Saturday with runaway champions KCCA hosting relegation fighters Kirinya Jinja SS, SC Villa are away to Alex Isabirye’s Soana while Proline visit Bright Stars.
