Former Soltilo Bright Stars defender Farouk Katongole has completed a move to Express FC.
The big centre back is viewed as a direct replacement for Murushid Jjuuko who quit the club and joined Vipers in the current transfer window.
He is one of the many new faces at Wankulukuku that include among others his former Bright Stars teammates Andrew Kaggwa, Derrick Ngobi, Hamim Ssemakula, Yusuf Ssozi, Oshaba Marvin and Anwar Ntege.
Katongole will most likely partner skipper Isa Lumu at the heart of a new look Express FC when the season starts.
Elsewhere, Gaddafi signed wonder kid Elvis Ngondwe from Busoga United.

The club has been one of the most active in the transfer market acquiring the services of Mahad Kakooza, Charles Musiige, Johnson Odong, Sadiq Ssekyembe and a host of other players.
