Transfers: Police extend Ssentume stay, Express add ex-Rugby coach to their staff

Joseph Sentume’s stint at Police has been extended by another three years.

The defender who skippered the club for most of last season signed a new three year contract on Tuesday joining teammates Yusuf Ssozi, Musa Matovu, Johnson Odong, Denis Rukundo and Mubarak Nsubuga among others that have signed contract renewals at the club.

The 2005 league champions also have new faces in Ugandan legend Tonny Mawejje, Tom Ikara, Eric Ssenjobe and Mood Hassan among others.

At Wankulukuku, Express added ex-Rugby coach Hellen Butiime Koyoyo as the club strengthening and Conditioning coach.

The six time champions also signed defender Richard Bbosa on a three year contract.

Elsewhere, new league entrants MYDA signed experienced defender Yakuba Rama who returns home after a stint in Zambia.

He has previously featured for Bright Stars in the Uganda Premier League.
