Coach Morley Byekwaso and his captain Enoch Walusimbi are confident of starting on a high note when the Uganda Kobs take on guests DR Congo in the Cecafa Cup.
Speaking ahead of the game, Byekwaso who is also Head Coach of KCCA showed readiness of his charges saying the mood in camp is very pleasing.
“The players are well and in good moods. We are strong mentally and physically to face DR Congo,” said Byekwaso. “The players are now used to the weather conditions here and ready to give 100 percent,’ he added.
On the other hand, Walusimbi says each game will be taken seriously and like a cup final.
‘We reached very well and have settled in well. We are all set to get three points in the game. We take every match seriously because we need to win the trophy like the rest of the Uganda’s teams at this CECAFA tournaments’ Walusimbi stated.
