BUL and Maroons’ unbeaten start to the season on the line as the two face off at Fufa Technical Centre, Njeru on Friday.

BUL are joint table leaders with nine points from as many available with Maroons closely in 3rd position with two points adrift.

A win for either could take them top of the standings if Kitara lose to KCCA in Masindi and Vipers fail to beat Villa in the late kick off.

Abbey Kikomeko anticipates a very good game against two equally good and hungry sides.

“We are in the same level and nearly same kind of players at the moment so expect a very good game,” said Bul coach Kikomeko.

Lawrence Tezikya is expected to lead the line in the absence of injured Joel Madondo while Ronald Otti returns in defence for the hosts.

Maroons who overcame KCCA in their last game will rely on Fred Amaku and Abraham Tusubira in the absence of suspended Darius Ojok.

At the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo, NEC host UPDF in a battle of security forces.

NEC lost their last outing 3-0 to record champions Villa while UPDF were beaten by Wakiso Giants 2-0 at Bombo.

In other games, Villa visit Vipers in a late kick off fixture while KCCA are in Masindi to face Kitara.
