- SC Villa Vs KCCA – M.N Namboole 4pm Live on Sanyuka TV
KCCA will be eager to seek a return to winning ways by extending SC Villa’s search for a season first win when the two face off at Namboole on Tuesday.
The Kasasiro will head into the game as favourites going by form by they have also failed to win any of their past two games – drawing at home to Mbarara City and away to Vipers SC.
For SC Villa, it’s even worse as they are yet to pick maximum points this season but Mike Mutebi, the KCCA manager believes the game won’t be as easy as many think.
“We are playing the biggest club in the country,” said Mutebi. “They may be going through a hiccup but they remain a big club with the most trophies in the league,” he added.
“The results are not going their way but they are playing well and I believe they will want to start their season with a win against us.
Former SC Villa midfielders Allan Kyambadde and Nicholas Kasozi as well as defender Bernard Muwanga will turn guns against their former bosses.
The hosts will hope Albert Mugisa, Bashir Mutanda, Joseph Semujju and skipper Ambrose Kirya come to the party on the day.
The Kasasiro are second on the log with 12 points while the Jogoos are second from bottom with only three points.
