Four UPL stars made Micho’s squad to Morocco where Uganda Cranes are set to face Niger in a must win Afcon 2023 qualifier on Thursday September 7.

Milton Karisa, Moses Waiswa and Kenneth Ssemakula are joined by URA’s Laban Tibiita among the local based players.

Overall, Micho picked twenty three players for the clash in Morocco.

Uganda need to beat the West African nation and hope Tanzania fall to Algeria in Algiers.

At the moment, Uganda lie 3rd with 4 points, three behind second placed Tanzania while Algeria are already through with 15 points from as many available.
