Ibrahim Dada scored the only goal of the match as URA claimed their third successive StarTimes Uganda Premier League victory of the second round on Saturday.
The Tax Collectors, who endured a woeful first round, edged BUL 1-0 at the FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru to continue their steady climb up the 15-team table to seventh on 23 points from 17 matches.
But it hardly came easy for the visitors, Dada’s winner arriving just four minutes from full time.
For BUL, things are not going exactly according to plan in the second round.
Coach Alex Isabirye’s side have not won a game in the last two, with only one victory coming in the last five.
This was BUL’s fourth defeat in 17 matches, but their impressive first round ensures they remain second on the log on 29 points, six behind KCCA, who have played a game fewer.
